Make Greek a daily habit
Vocabulum is a Telegram app for learning Greek with tools to track daily practice: streaks, goals, achievements, a weekly leaderboard and optional reminders.
Inside the app

Streak and streak freeze
Every day with at least one finished session extends your streak. The streak card shows the days of this week and your best streak so far, which is kept even when the current one breaks.
If you miss a day, a streak freeze keeps the streak alive. Freezes can be bought with Telegram Stars; learning itself stays free.
Today’s goal and your stats
The progress section develops alongside the app. We will improve the statistics and how results are presented to make it easier to follow your practice.
Your daily goal counts the words you practice. The stats screen shows your streak, goal progress, leaderboard position, words learned, words and grammar topics due for review, and an activity calendar. Use the calendar to track study days and the review lists to choose what to practice next.
Achievements
Achievements have levels, and you earn them simply by studying:
- Vocabulary, for words you have mastered;
- Streak, for days in a row;
- Consistency, for days of study, not necessarily in a row;
- Grammar, for finished grammar sessions;
- Listening, for passed listening lessons;
- Cyprus, for facts about Cyprus answered correctly;
- Podium and Champion, for weeks finished in the top three and in first place.
There are one-off achievements as well. Every task also earns experience points, and your level grows with them.
Weekly results and friends
Each week has a leaderboard based on experience points. Complete a study task to join it. At the end of the week, you see your position and award, and your result is saved in the weekly history. Points for the next week start from zero.
You can compare yourself with all learners or only with friends. Invite friends with a link in Telegram or add them by username. Other learners see you under a random Greek nickname; friends see your name. A good result can be shared in a Telegram chat or story.
Reminders and the word of the day
Study reminders and the word of the day are enabled separately in the settings. Both are off by default. Choose a reminder time in your time zone; the word of the day also appears in the app. You can turn either feature off at any time.
One session of 10 exercises a day is enough to keep the streak. See how Greek vocabulary practice is organized.
Questions about progress
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak starts again unless a streak freeze covers the day. Your words, progress and achievements stay.
Who sees my results?
On the overall leaderboard, other learners see your points, level and streak under a random Greek nickname. Only the friends you have added see your name.
Do I have to get reminders?
No. Reminders and the word of the day stay off until you switch them on in the settings.
